    • Oh, yeah, he loves fish and you don’t so much, right? I usually dislike fatty fish except for salmon (last BBQ I tried to grill salmon cheeks and that was really smokey too — burning fish oil is not pleasant) but sanma is delicious, especially with grated daikon, which I hate doing because I always manage to grate my finger as well.
